Vidya has nearly 20 years in international communication management spanning from the United States to Europe, India and Japan, including strategic development, C suite counseling, branding, digital media, cross-cultural communication, corporate training, interpersonal communication and complex program implementation. She has worked with Bassett & Bassett since 2002. Born and raised in India, and educated in both the U.S. and India, Vidya’s unique skill sets in both business and communication combined with her global perspective provide clients with effective solutions.

Radhika Sheth holds a master’s and undergraduate degree in Business Administration from India and combines her technical and communication skills to expedite client services. She also served as communication officer for the Lila Poonawalla Foundation in Pune. Her ability to multitask and understanding of industry and their verticals are a strong asset to the team.

Hetal Ramaiya Thanki, located in Dubai, is a self- motivated professional who graduated from Symbiosis University in Pune with a master’s in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources. Thanki, Indian by descent and raised in Tanzania Africa, also has 2 years of experience in Strategic and Operational Human Resources at Exim Bank in Tanzania, East Africa. As a specialist in business transformation, competency development and talent management, Thanki lends her expertise to corporate training and development. She also is a regular corporate columnist for a magazine in Dar-es-Salaam.

Abheek Dhar is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree in International Relations from Symbiosis School of Liberal Arts University. Born and raised in the British Virgin Islands, Dhar relocated to India a few years ago and is a graduate of the prestigious United World Colleges Group Mahindra, UWC of India as well as the Mercedes-Benz International School. Dhar’s passion for global relations, knowledge of current affairs and attention to detail combine to make him an efficient resource for production management.
